The County Seat of Peach Country
Clanton has been the seat of Chilton County since 1871. Alfred Baker had the town surveyed and laid out around a creek locals called Goose Pond, a name that lives on today in Goose Pond Park on U.S. 31.
Chilton County grows more than two-thirds of Alabama's peaches, and Clanton wears it proudly. The 120-foot peach-shaped water tower at I-65 Exit 212 is the first thing most travelers notice, and every June brings the Chilton County Peach Festival and the Peach Jam Jubilee at Clanton City Park.
About ten miles east of town, Lake Mitchell on the Coosa River draws anglers and weekend crowds, and Higgins Ferry Park on its shore has a public boat launch and RV campsites. Between the orchards, the lake and a growing town, there's always something that needs hauling.

Festival Booths, Lake Weekends and Farm Work
A vendor booth for peach season, a load of gear for a weekend at the lake, or a tractor that needs to get across the county. Match the job to the trailer.
Booths, Moves and Lake Gear
Tents, tables and stock for a festival booth, a house full of furniture, or coolers and camping gear for a weekend at Lake Mitchell. It stands 7 feet tall inside, loads through a rear ramp door or a 32-inch side door, and locks up tight against a summer storm.

Yard, Garden and Supply Runs
Mulch, stone and fence posts, a riding mower headed to the shop, or a garden's worth of bagged soil. The spring-assisted 4-foot ramp gate makes rolling things on easy, and the tie-down straps come with it.
Utility trailer rental →
Tractors, Cars and Equipment
A compact tractor for the back acreage, a project car you found down the road, or a skid steer for a job across the county. The hydraulic-assist tilt deck means no ramps to wrestle, and it's rated around 10,000 lb. You'll need at least a half-ton truck and a 2-5/16" ball.
Car hauler rental →We Bring It Down to You
